Investigating - We are currently investigating two related issues affecting FleetWors/Fleetcockpit applications:

Login Failures (Fleetworks/Fleetcockpit): Users may experience difficulties logging into the application, potentially receiving an error message such as "Operation could not be processed."

Unexpected Logouts (Fleetcockpit): Users who successfully log in may be unexpectedly logged out (session instability) while using the Fleetcockpit application.

We're working hard to fix the issue and will update you as soon as we have more information.

Update - We have made significant progress in ensuring service continuity.

We are pleased to announce the creation of the XPS Media app. This new application is replacing the XPS Camscanner app.
The XPS Media app is built on newer, more robust technology for improved performance, while providing all the same features you currently rely on.

We are currently rolling out FleetXPS app version 3.27.6.0. This update is necessary to integrate and use the new XPS Media app.
The new XPS Media app will be automatically added to the default policy.

Instructions to manually add the new XPS Media app to custom policies have been provided directly to Managed Driver Experience admin users.

Identified - Following our investigation, we are currently waiting for Google to take action to make the CamScan app available in the Play Store again.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where our CamScan app is temporarily unavailable for new downloads or updates from the Google Play Store.

This issue was identified on October 29, 2025. Our team has confirmed the app was removed, which we are actively working to resolve.

Immediate Actions for Users & Administrators

For All Existing Users (BYOD and TAM)

- DO NOT UNINSTALL THE APP: If you have the CamScan app currently installed on your device, please do not remove or uninstall it. You can continue to use the app as normal.
- REINSTALLS: If you uninstall the app, you will not be able to reinstall it from the Google Play Store until this issue is resolved.

For IT Administrators & Technical Users

- DO NOT REPROVISION: Please do not attempt to manually install the app using ADB (Android Debug Bridge) or any other sideloading method. This is unsupported and may cause conflicts with the future resolution.
- PAUSE NEW DEPLOYMENTS: We recommend pausing any new device rollouts or provisioning workflows that depend on installing CamScan from the Google Play Store
