Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where our CamScan app is temporarily unavailable for new downloads or updates from the Google Play Store.
This issue was identified on October 29, 2025. Our team has confirmed the app was removed, which we are actively working to resolve.
Immediate Actions for Users & Administrators
For All Existing Users (BYOD and TAM)
- DO NOT UNINSTALL THE APP: If you have the CamScan app currently installed on your device, please do not remove or uninstall it. You can continue to use the app as normal. - REINSTALLS: If you uninstall the app, you will not be able to reinstall it from the Google Play Store until this issue is resolved.
For IT Administrators & Technical Users
- DO NOT REPROVISION: Please do not attempt to manually install the app using ADB (Android Debug Bridge) or any other sideloading method. This is unsupported and may cause conflicts with the future resolution. - PAUSE NEW DEPLOYMENTS: We recommend pausing any new device rollouts or provisioning workflows that depend on installing CamScan from the Google Play Store
